The Hotel Class Colonial went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff was amazing, always ready to assist and answer any questions we had. They were bilingual, which made communication easy and hassle-free. The hotel's location in the historical district of Zona Colonial was perfect; everything we needed was within walking distance. We particularly loved the rooms with balconies that offered stunning views of the surrounding area. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast provided each morning was a great way to start the day.

Great location for exploring the city and fantastic staff who go out of their way to help you with transport and recommendations. Breakfast was a highlight with tasty options such as eggs, fruit and coffee. the room was comfortable enough and had good wifi.

The noise level was unbearable for a good night's sleep, due to the room being on a busy street with metal slats instead of glass on the window. the bathroom was outdated with a dangerous glass shelf in the shower and no sink stopper.

This hotel was in a great area, close to everything. We could easily walk to restaurants, a pharmacy, and a supermarket. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from, including hot chocolate. The room was clean and comfortable, and the AC worked well to keep us cool in the heat.

The bed was quite hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
